A digital patchwork quilt combining photographs taken of artist's allotment plot 21S, nicknamed Longfields. There are photos of the vegetable patch, dye flowers, lavender, bees, soil, weeds, grass, the compost heap and the shed making geometric patterns.

A repeat pattern of individual watercolour plants featuring rosemary, dandelion, nettles, hellebore,Rudbeckia, Pokey's pink flowering currant and Erica heather. The collection of flowers are from the family home garden.

Plant Memory

A monochromatic assemblage of drawings on folded paper. There is light and shadow that breaks up the textures of straw and wood. The drawings are of prehistoric roundhouses, rearranged and reassembled into abstraction.

Wattle and Daub

A textile work placed against the window. There are stitched linear female figures intertwined in different scales with flint arrow heads and stone tools filling the space around them. The fabric is appliqu├ęd, letting warm light through, there are different silhouettes of holes, showing the outside neighbour's houses within the shapes.

Flints and Forms

A hand made calico toy in the shape of a horse, with a green fleece saddle and natural fibre tail and mane. The horse is stuffed with cotton wadding, and resting on a hessian sack.

A monochromatic pencil drawing of a prehistoric roundhouse with a conical roof pitch of 45 degrees on white folded paper. The paper is folded and cut to make the drawing look three dimensional in structure and sat on cream background.
